Job description

Administrative Assistant - Entry Level (Remote) Part‐time position – 15–20 hrs per week through November2022, potentially increasing to 24–30 hrs per week thereafter. Remote. Responsibilities Manage digital job reports, develop venture‐ and project‐specific files.

Coordinate and produce technical documents and meetings. Monitor and update program client handbooks. Assess environmental documentation and administer compliance requirements.

Enter data into an online database and evaluate digital content against regulatory requirements. Conduct ad hoc regulatory research. Manage the job email mailbox, responding to client and subcontractor inquiries.

Serve client sites in accordance with standard procedures. Qualifications Organized, detail‐oriented, able to work independently in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills (phone and e‐mail).

Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in data entry and QA/QC. Experienced with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat for editing reports. Knowledge of environmental regulations. Client‐service experience.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree; minimum 2 years of related experience. Work Environment Remote; part of a project team with daily interaction with the crew. Development and advancement opportunities are available.
