We are seeking experienced Travel Operations Experts to support an AI training and evaluation project focused on travel, booking, reservations, ticketing, and hospitality workflows. The role involves testing real-world travel scenarios, evaluating AI-supported tools, and providing practical industry feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test realistic travel workflows across booking, reservations, ticketing, and hospitality platforms.

  • Evaluate AI-supported travel tools using real-world scenarios.

  • Identify and document incorrect, inefficient, or unrealistic system outcomes.
