This role is fully remote, allowing you flexibility in where and how you work, while still being an integral part of a supportive team committed to collaboration and professional growth. You will utilize telehealth technology to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring that you can meet clients in a comfortable, confidential setting. As part of our practice, you’ll benefit from a dedicated administrative team that handles scheduling and billing, allowing you to focus on counseling.

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to identify each client's mental health needs accurately. Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the individual goals and conditions of clients.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy or solution-focused therapy, tailored to specific client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with clients to establish therapeutic objectives, continuously monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to facilitate optimal outcomes.
• Deliver teletherapy sessions to clients seeking convenient and accessible mental health care, engaging them in meaningful dialogues that foster therapeutic rapport.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation to adhere to ethical and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with mental health legislation and organizational standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and workshops, helping you stay up-to-date with the latest mental health practices and trends.

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Our clientele spans different demographics, allowing you to apply a variety of therapeutic approaches and positively impact individuals from different walks of life. Your role is crucial in providing support that not only addresses immediate concerns but also empowers clients by fostering their strengths.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to establish a safe, trusting environment conducive to healing.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental stance towards clients’ situations and experiences.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills to balance client caseload and administrative duties efficiently.

• Experience in a variety of therapeutic modalities will be beneficial. Experience with teletherapy or remote counseling is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems for documentation and client management.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care and achieve desired therapeutic outcomes.
