Position Overview

Better Life Partners Psychotherapeutic, Inc. is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our expanding team. Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, catering to the needs of the modern workplace while ensuring exceptional outreach to clients who may prefer or require flexible therapy settings. Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a positive, therapeutic rapport with patients, ensuring they feel safe and understood.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and treat a range of mental health issues, tailoring your approach to the individual needs of each client.
  • Develop customized treatment plans by considering the unique circumstances and preferences of each patient.
  • Facilitate individual and couple therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or family systems therapy.
  • Engage in regular consultations with clients to provide ongoing therapy, assess progress, and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a licensed LMFT at Better Life Partners, you will be working primarily with diverse individuals and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Your expertise will be critical in addressing issues such as relationship conflicts, trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction. Your role includes assessing the needs of both adults and youth while utilizing evidence-based strategies that empower clients to achieve a healthier lifestyle.

Qualifications
  • A valid State License to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in evidence-based practices related to mental health and addiction therapy.
  • Exceptional communication skills allowing for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
  • A commitment to maintaining ethical standards and continuous improvement in therapeutic techniques.
Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in addiction counseling or working with co-occurring disorders.
  • Familiarity with various therapy software and documentation processes that enhance therapeutic practice.
  • Proven ability to motivate clients through innovative therapeutic strategies and interventions.
Compensation and Benefits

We value our therapists and offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
