Position Overview

Solace of Life Counseling Services is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis. This remote position will primarily support students, parents, and staff in a school setting in Springfield, Illinois. Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.
  • At least three years of experience in mental health settings, specifically within outpatient care or school environments.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches to optimize client outcomes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment abilities to establish trust and rapport with clients and families.

Compensation and Benefits
