The primary focus of this role is on the student population within the Springfield school district, as well as providing support to their families and the educational staff. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.
• At least three years of experience in mental health settings, specifically within outpatient care or school environments.
• Demonstrated proficiency with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches to optimize client outcomes.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment abilities to establish trust and rapport with clients and families.

• Experience working within a school system, understanding developmental psychology and educational frameworks.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and community resource navigation.
• Previous engagement in multi-disciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
