• Conduct in-depth assessments with clients to evaluate their mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and collaborate on developing effective treatment plans.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices that resonate with the client’s personal goals and challenges.
• Provide immediate support during crisis situations, employing de-escalation techniques and strategies to help clients navigate acute mental health emergencies.
• Document and maintain confidential client records meticulously, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, ensuring compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
• Work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care, effectively communicating with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment paths, and community resources, advocating for their rights and access to necessary services.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending training sessions, workshops, and conferences to remain at the forefront of mental health best practices and innovations.

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing various types of mental health challenges, couples looking to improve their relationships, and families navigating difficult transitions. • A valid Washington State license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) is required.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health therapy or counseling.
• Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a solid understanding of therapeutic frameworks and modalities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with clients.
• A demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team setting.
• A commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards of practice.

• Experience in a clinical setting is advantageous; however, entry-level candidates with relevant educational qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital tools for therapy delivery is preferred.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
