• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, leading to accurate clinical diagnoses and tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic frameworks to meet specific client needs.
• Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, utilizing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals, to formulate a cohesive approach to client care.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs as necessary.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities such as workshops and training sessions to stay current with the latest therapeutic practices and methodologies.

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your expertise will guide clients through these difficulties as you help them develop effective coping mechanisms and life skills. By building rapport with clients, you'll contribute significantly to their healing journey and promote a culture of understanding and support.

• Current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is mandatory.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities, employing a client-centered approach effectively.
• A minimum of two years of related experience within a mental health setting is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions.

• While clinical experience is preferred, entry-level candidates demonstrating strong foundational knowledge and skills will also be considered.
• Prior experience in a telehealth environment and familiarity with digital therapy platforms and tools is advantageous.
