• Assess and diagnose a diverse range of psychosocial issues using individualized clinical social work techniques.
• Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify barriers to treatment and optimize patient health outcomes.
• Provide outpatient therapeutic interventions, employing evidence-based modalities tailored to individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with medical and support staff to devise comprehensive care plans that enhance treatment compliance and patient satisfaction.
• Document all social work activities accurately and consistently in patients' medical records while adhering to the NASW Code of Ethics.
• Educate patients and families on medical and psychosocial recommendations, facilitating their understanding and acceptance of treatment plans.
• Coordinate community advocacy activities, emphasizing self-determination and empowerment for client systems.
• Analyze treatment progress and outcomes, adjusting care strategies as necessary to enhance patient decision-making and health status.

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing varying mental health challenges. Your expertise will guide clients through personal and environmental hurdles that may affect their mental well-being. By integrating culturally competent approaches in your practice, you will ensure that all patients receive care that is respectful and tailored to their unique circumstances.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in Texas.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of age-related developmental stages and cultural considerations impacting mental health.

• One or more years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting, with a preference for individuals experienced in outpatient mental health.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, particularly in addressing mental health vulnerabilities and challenges.
• Background in utilizing therapeutic techniques that align with contemporary best practices for mental health treatment.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
