• Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments, evaluating each patient’s mental health and social history to identify barriers and tailor treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement integrated treatment plans that align with patient needs, enhancing overall care coordination.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address psychosocial challenges and facilitate recovery.
• Adhere to the NASW Code of Ethics, while applying corporate values to ensure respectful, honest, and fair treatment of all patients and families.
• Document social work activities in compliance with departmental standards, maintaining accurate records that reflect patient progress and treatment interventions.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license from the State Board of Social Work Licensure.

• Proficient clinical skills related to assessing, diagnosing, and treating psychosocial issues in patients.

• 1+ years of relevant behavioral health experience, with a preference for clinical experience in mental health or substance use treatment settings.

• Familiarity with outpatient care practices and telehealth methodologies.

The salary range for this position is approximately USD 85,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise.
