As an LCSW, your responsibilities will be comprehensive and client-centered, including:

• Conducting thorough bio-psychosocial evaluations to assess patient needs, identify barriers, and enhance readiness for treatment.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including medical and support staff, to create tailored care plans for diverse patient backgrounds.
• Implementing evidence-based treatment modalities for both individual and group therapy sessions designed to address psychosocial issues.
• Documenting all social work activities, maintaining accurate patient records in compliance with departmental standards.
• Providing ongoing education to patients and families regarding treatment protocols, supporting their understanding and engagement in care.
• Actively participating in case management by assessing advocacy needs and coordinating resources to bolster community support and social services.
• Remaining current on community resources and best practices in social work to improve our response to patient needs.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate school.

• Ability to navigate various clinical settings while demonstrating knowledge of human development across the lifespan.

While not mandatory, the following experiences will enhance your application:
