The Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor will:

• Provide guidance and support to clients through therapeutic interventions that promote mental health and well-being.

• Maintain collaboration with primary care providers, advising on the appropriateness of care in primary versus specialty settings.

• Create relapse prevention strategies that help patients maintain stability and improve their quality of life.
• Identify patients at risk and support the development of plans to mitigate potential crises.

• Accurately document patient progress and relevant diagnostic information in treatment records.
• Engage with patients to promote self-management skills and the knowledge necessary for active participation in their treatment journey.
• Assist with compliance strategies to help patients adhere to any prescribed medical treatments.
• Consult with clinic management for insights into behavioral services and improvements in program evaluation.
• Uphold the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

The salary range for this role is competitive, with annual compensation between USD 87,000 and 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
