Job description

Dental Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Warm Inbound Sales

Remote | Full-Time (40+ Hours/Week)
Independent Contractor
U.S. Business Hours (EST/CST Overlap Required)

Compensation: Starting OTE of $4,000–$6,000 USD/month (Base + Uncapped Commission)
Payroll: Biweekly (Every Other Monday) – Paid in USD via ACH or Wire Transfer

About Us

We are a U.S. dental laboratory serving hundreds of dental clinics across the United States. We specialize in crowns, implants, dentures, and night guards. Through our digital marketing efforts, we generate a steady flow of inbound leads from dental practices interested in trying our services.

As a Dental Sales Development Representative (SDR), your role is to contact warm inbound leads, conduct discovery calls, and help dental practices begin their complimentary trial. Once a clinic sends its first case, the account is transitioned to our Account Management team.

Why Join Us

  • Warm inbound leads provided daily
  • No cold calling or prospecting
  • No payment collection
  • Structured onboarding, scripts, and product training provided
  • Competitive base compensation plus uncapped commission
  • Fully remote opportunity with ongoing coaching and support

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to new inbound leads.
  • Conduct discovery calls with dentists and dental office staff.
  • Address questions and common objections professionally.
  • Help clinics begin their complimentary trial.
  • Guide prospects through the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, call notes, and follow-up activities.
  • Meet daily activity and conversion goals.
  • Ensure no qualified lead is left unattended.
  • Transition qualified accounts to the Account Management team.
  • Participate in daily team meetings and weekly coaching sessions.

Qualifications

WHAT THIS ROLE REQUIRES
Must-Haves:

  •  Neutral, native-sounding English on the phone. Heavy accents do not work; you are calling U.S. dentists and office managers. This is non-negotiable.
  •  2+ years of phone sales on inbound or warm leads (info-product, coaching, agency, SaaS, supplements, financial services, fitness, B2B, etc.)
  • Demonstrable track record: you can talk numbers (set-to-show, show-to-close, average ticket, units/month).
  • Comfortable on 20-40 dials/day of warm-lead conversation, not enterprise-style 3 calls/week.
  • CRM hygiene as a religion. GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Close, Salesforce, Pipedrive: you have lived in one daily and you log calls without being asked.
  • Available U.S. business hours (EST or CST overlap), Mon-Fri.
  • Quiet workspace, reliable high-speed internet, USB headset, second monitor preferred.

Coachable: you can take a recording review, a script tweak, or a hard 'do this differently' and run with it.
Strong Bonuses:

  • You came up through a known sales training org (Cole Gordon, Andy Elliott, Jeremy Miner, 7th Level, Cardone, etc.). We don't care which, we just like the rep training.
  • Worked a high-volume inbound offer where the discovery-to-close window was minutes, not weeks.
  • Experience selling free-trial-to-paid (Whoop-style, Hims-style, ClickFunnels-style).
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Slack, Discord, Loom. + Bilingual a plus ONLY if English is still neutral / native-sounding

Compensation

Compensation includes a monthly base retainer plus uncapped performance-based commission. Top performers have the opportunity to exceed the stated on-target earnings.

  • Paid in U.S. Dollars (USD)
  • Biweekly payroll (every other Monday)
  • Payment via ACH or wire transfer

The detailed compensation structure will be discussed with shortlisted candidates during the interview process.
HOW TO APPLY
Send a short message with the following. No generic cover letters:
- Who you are and where you are based (city, country, timezone)
- What offers you have sold on the phone: names, ticket sizes, time period, your role
- Your numbers: set-to-show, show-to-close, units or revenue per month, however you measure it
- A 60-second voice note or Loom video (MANDATORY: we need to hear your phone voice and English clarity)
- Your earliest start date
We move fast. Strong applicants will get a 20-minute first call within 48 hours, then a 60-minute deep-dive with live role-play. If both go well, you start the following Monday. (Only qualified candidates will be contacted via email with the next steps in the hiring process).
