• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and emotional challenges, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews.
• Design, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s specific goals and therapeutic needs, ensuring evidence-based practices are employed.
• Facilitate various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and family therapy, using approaches tailored to the client demographic.
• Monitor client progress regularly and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, using outcome measures and feedback to gauge effectiveness.
• Provide crisis intervention for clients facing acute emotional distress, employing skillful de-escalation techniques and collaborative support strategies.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and session notes.
• Engage in a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists to facilitate comprehensive care and wraparound services for clients.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in therapeutic methodologies and mental health practices, contributing to clinical meetings and professional development workshops.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and peer feedback conversations geared toward enhancing clinical efficacy and self-reflection.
• Adhere strictly to ethical principles and professional standards established by relevant licensing boards and mental health organizations.

As a crucial member of our clinical team, you will work with a diverse population of clients, ranging from children to seniors, each facing unique mental health challenges. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (specific licenses include LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic processes.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on empathetic listening and relationship-building.

The Perpetual Help Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, accompanied by performance-based bonuses.
