• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse histories, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their unique challenges.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans that consider clients' specific addiction issues and co-occurring mental health conditions.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team—including psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction specialists—to deliver integrated care and communicate clients' progress effectively.
• Educate and support clients' families in understanding substance use disorders and involve them in the recovery process, offering resources and coping strategies they can implement.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, treatment plans, and therapy outcomes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

The therapist in this position will work primarily with adults aged 18 and above who are struggling with substance use disorders and accompanying mental health issues. Our diverse client population comes from various backgrounds, each with unique stories and challenges. A sensitive and culturally competent approach is critical to help clients feel heard, understood, and motivated to engage in their recovery journey.

• Possession of a valid state license as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C, or PsyD is mandatory.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated expertise or specialized training in addiction counseling is essential to effectively assist clients in navigating their recovery.
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based practices for addressing substance use and co-occurring disorders will enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, showcasing the ability to motivate clients and foster a trusting therapeutic alliance.

• Experience in a substance abuse treatment setting with familiarity in group therapy facilitation.
• Strong understanding of client assessment tools and treatment planning strategies.
• Background in working with vulnerable populations, including those facing socioeconomic challenges or trauma.

Our competitive compensation package ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
