  • Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans that consider clients' specific addiction issues and co-occurring mental health conditions.
  • Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment teamโ€”including psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction specialistsโ€”to deliver integrated care and communicate clients' progress effectively.
  • Educate and support clients' families in understanding substance use disorders and involve them in the recovery process, offering resources and coping strategies they can implement.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, treatment plans, and therapy outcomes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

The therapist in this position will work primarily with adults aged 18 and above who are struggling with substance use disorders and accompanying mental health issues. Qualifications
