About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Talent Sourcer to help build strong, diverse candidate pipelines across technical and non-technical roles. This role is critical to our hiring success as you'll be the first point of contact for many candidates and a key partner to recruiters and hiring managers.

You'll own top-of-funnel sourcing strategy, bring creativity to outreach, and help us continuously improve how we identify and engage great talent.

What You'll Do
  • Proactively source candidates across multiple roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, referrals, and other creative channels

  • Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles

  • Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach that reflects our employer brand and values

  • Screen and qualify candidates at the top of the funnel when needed

  • Track and manage candidate activity in the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and a strong candidate experience

  • Share market insights, sourcing trends, and pipeline health with the recruiting team

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, BDR, or related role

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Strong sourcing skills across platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter experience preferred)

  • Ability to identify and engage passive candidates

  • Excellent written communication - you know how to personalize outreach at scale

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple pipelines at once

  • Curious mindset with a desire to continuously improve sourcing strategies

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice to Have
  • Experience sourcing for technical or hard-to-fill roles

  • Familiarity with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, etc.)

  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment

  • Interest in employer branding or recruiting operations
