Job Description:
Become a foundational member of a newly established Consumer Insights organization within a rapidly growing financial services company. As the Analyst, Consumer Insights, you will serve as the research execution expert, supporting ongoing qualitative and quantitative research initiatives that help business leaders better understand customers, prospects, and employees. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys conducting interviews, analyzing survey data, identifying meaningful trends, and delivering objective insights that drive business decisions. You'll work across Marketing, Product, Client Service, and executive leadership while helping build a best-in-class research function from the ground up.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute recurring qualitative and quantitative research studies, including surveys, interviews, and customer feedback initiatives.
  • Conduct one-on-one interviews with customers, prospects, and business stakeholders to gather actionable insights.
  • Analyze survey results, interview transcripts, and research datasets to identify trends, themes, and opportunities.
  • Code qualitative research findings and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into concise research summaries.
  • Support ongoing survey administration, participant management, and research operations using Qualtrics or similar survey platforms.
  • Pull, organize, and prepare data from Salesforce and other internal systems for research analysis.
  • Partner closely with the Consumer Insights Program Manager to support research methodologies, study execution, and cross-study analysis.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams by preparing validated datasets that support Power BI dashboards and reporting.
  • Help improve survey automation, research processes, and operational efficiencies as the Consumer Insights function continues to grow.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Business, Psychology, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience executing both qualitative and quantitative research studies.
  • Experience managing or supporting ongoing survey programs rather than one-time research projects.
  • Hands-on experience conducting one-on-one qualitative interviews.
  • Strong ability to analyze survey data, interview transcripts, and mixed-method research findings.
  • Experience with Qualtrics or a comparable enterprise survey platform.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to summarize research findings clearly and objectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce and Power BI experience preferred.
  • B2B market research experience strongly preferred.
