Job description

Entry Level Insurance Sales Representative (100% Remote)

100% Remote | United States & Canada | Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Training Provided | No Cold Calling

Build a Career You Can Take With You

What if the next career move didn't require starting with years of industry experience?

AO Globe Life is seeking Entry Level Insurance Sales Representatives who are interested in developing a long-term career in insurance and client sales. This remote opportunity gives motivated candidates the chance to learn the business, work directly with prospective clients, and build valuable skills through hands-on experience, training, and coaching.

No previous insurance background is necessary. Candidates are provided with training designed to introduce the products, systems, sales process, and expectations of the role.

And instead of spending the day dialing random numbers, representatives work with prospective clients who have already requested information about insurance and benefit solutions.

A Look at Your Day

The role combines client conversations, organization, problem-solving, and sales.

Depending on the schedule, representatives may:

  • Conduct scheduled phone or video appointments with prospective clients
  • Ask questions to understand a client's priorities and coverage interests
  • Walk clients through available insurance and benefit solutions
  • Explain product information and answer questions clearly
  • Help clients navigate the application process
  • Communicate with clients regarding outstanding information or next steps
  • Keep appointment and client information organized in company systems
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and training
  • Work with coaches to strengthen communication and sales techniques
  • Manage a personal schedule of appointments and follow-up activities

The goal isn't simply to make a sale. It's to become knowledgeable enough to have useful conversations and help clients make informed decisions about the options available to them.

What Makes This Opportunity Different

Remote From Day One
Complete the role from a suitable home workspace without the daily commute or traditional office routine.

Prospective Clients Are Provided
Representatives receive access to individuals who have shown interest in learning about insurance and benefits. The conversation starts with an existing interest rather than an entirely unsolicited call.

Learn While You Build Experience
Training covers the products, sales approach, technology, and processes used in the role. Ongoing coaching helps representatives continue developing after initial training.

Paid Weekly
The compensation structure is commission-based, with payments issued weekly according to company guidelines.

Room to Grow
Strong performance and experience can create opportunities to develop additional responsibilities and leadership capabilities within the organization.

A Skill-Based Career
Communication, relationship building, organization, presentation skills, and sales ability are useful far beyond one position. This role provides an opportunity to develop those skills through real client interactions.

Could This Be Your Next Career?

The strongest candidates aren't necessarily the ones with the longest résumés. They're the people who are willing to learn, communicate professionally, stay consistent, and take ownership of their work.

This opportunity may suit candidates who:

  • Enjoy talking with and helping people
  • Are comfortable communicating through phone and video
  • Can listen carefully and understand what a client is asking
  • Have the confidence to present information to others
  • Are willing to learn insurance products and industry requirements
  • Can stay productive while working remotely
  • Take schedules, appointments, and follow-up seriously
  • Welcome coaching and use feedback to improve
  • Are motivated by goals and measurable results
  • Want to develop a career rather than simply find another short-term job

A background in retail, hospitality, customer service, recruiting, education, administration, call centers, account management, or sales may provide transferable skills, but it is not a requirement.

No insurance experience? That's okay. Training is provided.

The Practical Details

Candidates should have:

  • A residential address in the United States or Canada
  • Reliable internet service
  • A computer appropriate for remote work
  • A quiet, professional setting for client conversations
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to complete required training and licensing steps
  • Reliable time-management and follow-through skills

Because this is an insurance sales position, licensing and other required qualifications may apply depending on location.

Take the First Step

You don't need to arrive with an insurance résumé.

You do need curiosity, professionalism, consistency, and a willingness to learn.

If you're ready to explore a remote career where training, client interaction, and performance come together, apply for the Entry Level Insurance Sales Representative position.

Qualified applicants will receive information about the next stage of the hiring process.

After applying, please check your email, voicemail, and spam/junk folder regularly for application updates.

Applicants must have a residential address in the United States or Canada.
