Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a range of therapy services, including evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, and other mental health concerns across age groups.
  • Create personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting clear, achievable goals tailored to individual preferences and requirements.
  • Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support and addressing safety concerns.
  • Educate clients about their mental health conditions, helping them understand coping strategies and community resources designed to foster their recovery.
  • Maintain meticulous client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, documenting assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and therapeutic outcomes to inform ongoing care.
