• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients through interviews and clinical questionnaires to develop an understanding of their mental health needs, personal challenges, and therapeutic goals.
• Provide a range of therapy services, including evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, and other mental health concerns across age groups.
• Create personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting clear, achievable goals tailored to individual preferences and requirements.
• Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support and addressing safety concerns.
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, helping them understand coping strategies and community resources designed to foster their recovery.
• Maintain meticulous client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, documenting assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and therapeutic outcomes to inform ongoing care.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing counseling practices to uphold client confidentiality and informed consent frameworks.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and competence in treating clients from varied backgrounds, ensuring an inclusive therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure holistic treatment approaches for clients.

You will be working with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults, who present various mental health challenges. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
