Job description

The Territory Sales Manager at PMA USA plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth within their assigned region by managing territory operations, planning sales strategies, and acquiring clients. This position involves collaborating with small sales teams while maintaining an independent sales approach, regularly visiting client sites, and effectively balancing efforts between new and existing customers. With a strong connection to Washington National insurance company spanning over 25 years, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a well-established partnership using company-standard CRM tools.
