Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and engineering positions
- Recruit for a mix of high-volume production roles and specialized technical positions
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies
- Proactively source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other recruiting tools
- Manage 10-20 open requisitions while providing an exceptional candidate experience
Qualifications
- Manufacturing, automotive, industrial, renewable energy, EV, or battery recruiting experience required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong sourcing and full-cycle recruiting experience
