Senior Recruiter (Engineering & Supply Chain) Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance for roles in the Engineering & Supply Chain field
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates within the Engineering & Supply Chain industry.
  • Strategically identify and engage top talent through various sourcing channels related to Engineering & Supply Chain
  • Partner with Business Development Managers to deliver best-in-class hiring solutions
  • Consistently hit and exceed recruitment and revenue goals

Recruiter Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of recruiting experience from a staffing agency environment; experience recruiting in the fields of Engineering, Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain is highly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and close
  • Proven success working in a performance-driven environment
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude with excellent time management skills
  • Desire for continued career growth within a dynamic, team-oriented company
  • Comfortable with a hybrid schedule (Mon-Thurs onsite, Fri remote)

Compensation & Benefits:
  • This role offers a base salary plus an uncapped commission plan. Base salary range is $70,000-$80,000; first-year on-target earnings typically is $80-$110K.
