Entry level positions at a record label are jobs designed for individuals who are just starting their careers in the music industry. These roles often include positions such as administrative assistant, A&R coordinator, marketing assistant, or social media coordinator. These positions provide valuable exposure to the workings of a record label and can serve as a stepping stone to more specialized roles.

How do I start a music career with no experience?

Starting an entry level record label or music career with no experience involves gaining knowledge of the industry through online courses or tutorials, building a network by attending local events or online communities, and developing skills in music production, marketing, or management. Internships or volunteering at local studios or labels can also provide practical experience and industry insight.
