As our Midtown Manhattan office continues to expand, we're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Customer Experience Representatives. In this role, you'll work directly with business clients in a face-to-face B2B environment, build professional relationships, and help create positive customer experiences while representing nationally recognized brands.
This is a customer-focused role with a sales component. You'll learn how to understand customer needs, communicate product and service solutions, and support face-to-face sales and marketing initiatives.
No previous experience is required. We provide comprehensive paid training, hands-on mentorship, and weekly coaching to help you develop the communication, customer engagement, sales, and business skills needed to succeed.
