Location: Midtown Manhattan, NY (On-Site) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Position Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Position Overview

We're currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role involves meeting directly with business clients, providing information, answering questions, and delivering a positive customer experience in a professional, face-to-face environment.

This position is primarily customer service focused, with a small sales component that involves identifying client needs and helping connect businesses with appropriate services when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business clients in scheduled, in-person appointments • Provide accurate information regarding services and offerings • Answer client questions and address concerns professionally • Deliver exceptional customer service during all interactions • Assist clients in understanding available service options • Maintain organized records of meetings and follow-up activities • Build positive relationships with new and existing business clients • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Professional demeanor and positive attitude • Dependable, punctual, and comfortable in a structured environment • Comfortable interacting with clients face-to-face on a daily basis • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Growth

• Full-Time W-2 position • First-year earnings typically range from $45,000–$60,000 • Paid training provided • Performance-based advancement opportunities
