Job description

Healthcare Plus is looking for a motivated individual to join our office team as a receptionist. Prior experience is preferred but not required for this entry-level position, as we provide on-the-job training.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and making calls

  • Filing and tracking paperwork

  • Administrative paperwork

  • Onboarding applicants

  • Working fluently in Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs)

We are seeking someone who is a team player and can serve as the face of our company for current and future employees. The position requires a calm demeanor and the ability to connect with a diverse group of people in person and over the phone. We offer a traditional office schedule of work Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.
