The Part-Time Receptionist’s primary role is to provide excellent customer service, acting as the first point of contact for customers, answering phones, and managing the front desk.

 

PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND BEGINS BETWEEN $16 - $17 AN HOUR.

SCHEDULE:

  • Mondays: 2:00 pm until 7:00 pm
  • Wednesday and Thursday: 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm
  • Saturday: 7:30 am until 4:00 pm
  • Tuesdays and Fridays: Off

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcoming dealership guests and directing them to the correct person.
  • Answering phone calls in a timely manner and directing them to the correct personnel.
  • Taking and relaying messages.
  • General administrative and clerical support.

QUALITIES FOR SUCCESS:

  • Friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Phone skills a plus.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
