The Gatesworth, an award-winning premier resort-style independent senior living community in St. Louis, is seeking an experienced, dedicated Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! You'll be the welcoming face for our residents and guests — the first point of contact who sets the tone for their experience each day. This role carries meaningful administrative responsibility, including billing duties, so we're looking for a candidate with proven receptionist or administrative experience who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls and resident requests.

  • Coordinate transportation and reservations.

  • Process and manage billing for resident transportation services.

  • Process and manage billing for the community dog walking program.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests, delivering exemplary service.
