Adapting to outdoor work environments and adhering to strict safety protocols are also essential aspects. These challenges can be addressed through on-the-job training, mentorship from experienced workers, and proactive communication with team members to clarify instructions and expectations. Consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and a willingness to learn can significantly improve both safety and job performance.
