Bellis Steel – Rebar Shop Worker


Now Hiring: Full-Time Rebar Shop Worker


Pay: $20.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Bellis Steel is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our rebar fabrication team. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.


Job Responsibilities

·  Fabricate reinforcing steel rebar according to shop drawings and specifications.

·  Operate rebar cutting and bending equipment safely and efficiently.

·  Load, unload, organize, and stage rebar for production and delivery.

·  Deliver fabricated rebar to job sites in a safe and professional manner.

·  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

·  Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.

·  Assist with other shop and yard duties as needed.


Qualifications

·  Ability to lift 50–100 lbs. and perform physically demanding work.

·  Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.

·  Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

·  Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions.

·  Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes is a plus.

·  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

·  Previous experience in rebar fabrication, steel fabrication, welding, or construction is preferred but not required.
