We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to learn and grow within luxury real estate while working alongside experienced agents in a structured and high-producing environment. This is a strong fit for someone who wants to build confidence, gain real experience, and develop long-term momentum in the luxury real estate market while earning rewarding commissions.


You will learn to prospect effectively, build strong client relationships, and operate within systems that support consistency and daily activity. Through hands-on exposure and mentorship, you will continue developing your communication skills, learning luxury marketing strategies, and gaining insight into how experienced agents work with high-level buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation
  • Attend trainings
  • Conduct lead follow-up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer’s agent
  • Maintain relationships with homebuyers through phone calls, email, etc., to make sure they remember our business when they are ready to buy a home again
  • Evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports
  • Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients
  • Use CRM to compile current information for all customers, ensuring agents have up-to-date and accurate data

Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
