  • Complete the PLACE Launch training program
  • Consistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
  • Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties
  • Represent sellers and buyers in offer negotiations
  • Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
  • Host a minimum of two open houses each month
  • Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled client appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice sessions following team guidelines
  • Actively participate in team meetings and events as required
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, ongoing training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Work closely with sellers to secure listings and effectively market their homes
