Summary

New Realtors at the Mower Group have a proven track record of success and make money in their first year of their new careers. We will work with you to build a customized business plan that takes advantage of your skills and experience. You will immediately be prospecting for real estate business opportunities from your sphere of influence, responding to leads, setting and holding appointments to consult on potential real estate services, negotiating contracts, and selling homes. You will gain valuable experience in the world of real estate sales and general customer service. Whether you are looking for a place to operate your current real estate business, or looking to burst through into the industry, the Mower Group is a place for top real estate professionals.
Responsibilities
  • Lead generate for 15 hours a week
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
