A real estate staging designer prepares homes for sale by selecting decor and furnishings to make them more appealing to potential buyers. They work with clients, real estate agents, and other professionals to stage homes and commercial properties. 
Responsibilities:
  • Assess properties: Evaluate properties to identify areas for improvement.
  • Select decor: Choose paint colors, accessories, and furniture to create an inviting atmosphere.
  • Stage homes: Arrange furniture, hang curtains, and swap light fixtures.
  • Coordinate with clients: Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide staging plans.
  • Collaborate with contractors: Work with contractors to make repairs and renovations.
  • Manage logistics: Maintain inventory of staging supplies and manage logistics for staging appointments.
  • Take photos: Take photographs or work with photographers to create high-quality listing images.
  • Remove staging items: Remove staging items when the home goes off the market.
