Entry-Level Real Estate Agent - Training & Mentorship Available

This opportunity is designed to give you hands-on experience while teaching you the activities that drive real estate production. You'll learn how to prospect, generate leads, communicate with clients, follow up effectively, and build relationships that can turn into repeat and referral business.
You'll work alongside experienced real estate professionals and gain exposure to the entire sales process, from the first conversation with a potential client through a successful closing. Along the way, you'll learn how to manage your pipeline, stay organized, and develop the daily habits that help productive agents create consistent results.
You won't be expected to figure everything out on your own. This environment is built around structured coaching, mentorship, accountability, and continuous learning so you can develop your skills while building real-world experience.
First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+
This is a commission-based real estate opportunity with income based on individual production and performance.
