  • Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
  • Advise buyers and sellers and turn consultations into signed agreements
  • Skillfully negotiate offers for both buyers and sellers.
  • Implement lead generation systems on a weekly basis.
  • Engage in weekly script practice in line with team standards.
  • Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch program within first 120 days.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, events, and other activities as per team guidelines.
  • Dedicate time to weekly coaching/ mentorship sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls.
