Job Title: RN - Rapid Response (with $7,500 Completion Bonus)
Location: Denver, CO
Job Type: Travel Contract
Duration: 7 weeks (49 days)
Shift: 3×12 Days
Pay: $2,784.24/week (plus $2,500 completion bonus per contract, up to $7,500 after three contracts)
Job Description
The Rapid Response RN will provide critical, immediate nursing care in a high-acuity setting, responding to emergent patient situations and supporting the Main Operating Room. The nurse must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and extensive experience within large hospital environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform rapid assessment and intervention for deteriorating patients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to stabilize patient conditions.
  • Support surgical and post-operative patients experiencing acute complications.
  • Manage medical emergencies efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment.
  • Participate in on-call rotations (nights and weekends) as required.

Requirements
  • Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a large-facility acute care setting
  • Licensure: Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
  • Scheduling: No special scheduling or RTO requests permitted
