The Work
This position is for an experienced professional engineer to work in our Radar Control and Signal Processing department. This engineer will support the requirements development and modeling of radar signal processors developed out of our Moorestown, NJ facility. This engineer will be responsible for supporting signal processing algorithm development and simulation and test plan creation. This engineer will also work with the software development team on implementing and testing the signal processors and supporting integration with other components and teams.
This position requires a U.S. DoD Security Clearance at the SECRET level. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications
BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM degree.
2 or more years of experience with requirements development and performance analysis
Experience with MATLAB, DOORs, MBSE
Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the SECRET level
Desired skills

IBM tools including Rhapsody, DOORS Next Generation, and Jazz
Self Motivator and able to communicate effectively

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
The base range for this position in New Jersey is $75,000 - $142,760
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. The wage range and benefits summary is a general guideline and is governed by the applicable collective bargaining agreement when extending an offer.
