Sr.Radar Systems Engineer
Looking for a Senior Systems Engineer for supporting the development and supporting the life-cycle of radar systems.
•Develop requirements and algorithms, concepts of operations, and define system interfaces.
•Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in both simulated and real-world environments.
•Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging.
•Develop and execute models to predict system performance and support verification and validation.
•Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, evaluating their functionality and impact.
•Develop integration documentation, execute plans, analyze data, verify requirements and effectively communicate results to leadership and stakeholders.
•Conduct statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data to ensure optimal system performance and verify requirements.
  • Bachelors in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
  • 10yrs+ experience

Pluses
Experience with systems software, systems hardware, systems requirements, systems integration, and/or systems test.
•Experience developing both scripts and functions with MATLAB •Experience in developing and managing requirements. •Experience with C++, Python, or similar •Experience with generating technical documentation, such as test plans, procedures, or technical reports. •Experience working in an integration lab, test facility, or in the field, supporting integration and/or verification. •Experience with evaluating systems using simulated environments.
