SUMMARY 


QCELLS, America's leading solar hub operator, is proud to offer unparalleled experience in global solar panel manufacturing operations and managerial accounting through its Manufacturing Planning Team. As a Planning Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing production key performance indicators (KPIs) of each factory globally. You will also conduct cost variance analysis, manage capital expenditures (CAPEX), and devise strategies to enhance overall manufacturing performance. Our Manufacturing Planning Team actively seeks passionate entry-level candidates to join our dynamic, passionate and professional team. 


RESPONSIBILITIES 
• Analyze and facilitate production key performance indicators of the global factory in the U.S., Korea, and Malaysia. You will be assigned to one of the sections, and the assigned section may change, depending on expertise and the team requirements.  
• Collaborate with each factory and colleagues in Korea to develop production plans that fulfill the production objectives.   
• Collaborate with each factory to monitor internal/external changes and align key production indices (cycle time, productivity, etc.).   
• Conduct daily/monthly production variance analysis to identify deviations and develop actionable plans.  
• Compile CAPEX data and analyze to identify deviations, make necessary adjustments, and develop actionable insights.  
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for improvement to ensure competitive pricing without compromising quality.  
• Assess the potential economic advantages and cost-effectiveness of adopting new manufacturing technologies, automation solutions, and digital tools.  
• Resolve day-to-day production/cost/budget issues related to factory operation.    
• Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned. 


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 
• Bachelor's degree or higher. 
• Fluency in Korean, with the ability to communicate effectively with management.  
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to visualize data.  
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to utilize complex business models.  
• Thrives in a team environment. 
• Accountable with outstanding organizational aptitude. 
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. 
• Basic understanding of managerial accounting.
