Compensation: $24 - 28 /hr DOE


Location: 390 Union Boulevard Suite 540, Lakewood CO 80228 www.erpadvisorsgroup.com. The schedule is for full time, in person, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic entry-level Public Relations (PR) Coordinator to join our mission to become the world's most trusted ERP Advisory firm!


As an entry-level PR Coordinator (PRC), you will support our Public Relations Specialist and Director of PR for this public-facing role. This includes maintaining communications with our software vendors, clients, and prospects for the purpose of coordinating meetings and events, inviting interested parties to meet with valuable EAG resources or to receive introductory EAG services. Additionally, the PR Coordinator documents client successes and encourages referrals once our public are satisfied with our services. Finally, the PRC plans and executes our internal events.


Offered salary and benefits package:


Depending on your experience, we offer an hourly wage of $24 - $28/hr for this full-time, permanent, non-exempt role. Additionally, we offer:

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings with EAG's valuable connections, including software vendors, implementation partners, and past referrers.
  • Attend logistics meetings and track discussion points/action items.
  • Assist with creating PowerPoints for PR events.
  • Send regular communications to existing clients, vendors, event registrants, etc.
  • Create unique newsletters for segments of EAG's public.
  • Creatively represent EAG during and after interactions, including sending proper follow-up information, thank-you's, gifts, or pass valuable information acquired during events to Sales or Marketing.
  • Maintain contacts' information in HubSpot.
  • Prepare and send packages of EAG swag to clients and referrers.
  • Schedule, interview, record and transcribe client success stories for use by the Marketing team.
  • Make new contacts who may be interested in EAG's services or information and execute outreach initiatives (sending emails, letters, and other communications).
  • Explore industry groups and connections to contact for collaboration.
  • Research and apply for industry awards and other opportunities to achieve public recognition.
  • Coordinate our relationship with Financial Executives International (FEI) by ensuring we maximize attendance of EAG staff and guests each month and occasionally assist with planning and hosting FEI-sponsored events.
  • Promote EAG's Continuing Professional Education (CPE) and coordinate all tasks with EAG's public for CPE presentations and our accrediting agency.
  • Track daily and weekly PR statistics.
  • Assist with organizing, attending, and setting up/cleaning up internal employee appreciation events.
  • Occasionally attend external events for industry associations, vendors, or implementation partners.
  • Coordinate invitations and travel details for PR events and conferences.
  • Have a friendly and helpful demeanor and attitude.
  • Create strategic written and visual content to post on ERP Advisors Group's social media accounts.
  • Track PR expenses and communicate with management team on monthly budget needs.
  • Create press releases.

Required experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, public relations, marketing, communications or related field.
  • Previous experience with event coordination is a plus.
  • Creative writing skills that create interest and reach.
  • Can devise solutions to problems without being told how.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Neat and legible handwriting.
  • Advanced level of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot preferred.
  • Previous experience with Mac OS preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Professional appearance.
