  • Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy, organization, and responsiveness

Housing Case Manager (Spanish/English) Qualifications:

  • Entry-level candidates and recent graduates with internship, volunteer, or practicum experience in social services or community support strongly encouraged to apply
  • At least three (3) years of experience working with individuals and families in social services, nonprofit organizations, shelters, affordable housing, case management, or community outreach also considered in lieu of a degree
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Compassionate, patient, and motivated to support individuals and families through housing and life transitions
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to review documentation, perform basic calculations, and maintain accurate records
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a structured, deadline-driven environment
