  • Start your day by prepping and cleaning your HomeSmiles service van, restocking tools and equipment
  • Use your mobile tablet to check your route and scheduled appointments
  • Meet with homeowners or property managers to confirm service details
  • Identify equipment issues and troubleshoot hoses, pumps, ladders, and sprayers
  • Track and maintain tool inventory and alert team lead when replacements are needed
  • Perform services in a timely and professional manner. 
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
  • Experience in operating pressure washing systems, installing gutter systems, inspecting HVAC or tank/tankless water heaters and minor plumbing/electrical tasks.
  •  Prior experience in sales, door-to-door canvassing, or customer-facing service roles with proven ability to upsell. 
  • OSHA or trade certifications are a plus.
  • Military or veteran experience highly valued.
