Your Opportunity

The Project Controls Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the project team by facilitating project setup, managing resources and overseeing document control processes. This position is instrumental in driving project execution while upholding the highest standards of quality and operational efficiency.

Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Controls Professional Team on all aspects of the project.
  • Actively participate in the development of contracts, subconsultant documents, internal work orders and certificates of insurance.
  • Assist Project Managers with HSSE (Health Safety Security and Environmental) Compliance.
  • Support Project Managers with submittals and RFIs.
  • Generate reports as needed to support project progress and decision-making.
  • Resource Project Management data entry and reporting

  • Experience performing financial analysis, cost management, scheduling and other project controls functions over the life of a project is desired.
