Field Technician Construction & Field Operations Location: Victor, NY Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Approx. 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Compensation: $20-$25/hour entry-level | $30+/hour experienced Benefits: Benefits Eligible Curran Development Group is partnering with a reputable commercial construction firm serving the Rochester and Western New York region to hire motivated Field Technicians for hands-on roles in construction and field operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, learning practical skills, and being part of a team-oriented environment.

No prior construction experience is required - we are willing to train candidates with strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Projects may involve a mix of indoor and outdoor work and can include carpentry, framing, drywall, finish work, demolition, excavation support, material handling, and general construction activities depending on the needs of each project. Schedule & Location Typical schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Overtime opportunities may be available based on project needs but are not required Based out of Victor, NY Most jobsites are located within approximately one hour of Victor Responsibilities Support daily field operations on active construction projects Assist with carpentry, framing, drywall, finish work, and general labor tasks Help maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment Safely operate basic hand and power tools Work collaboratively with project managers, foremen, and field leadership Adapt to changing project needs and work environments Qualifications Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Willingness to work in active indoor and outdoor environments Comfortable performing physical work and lifting materials Reliable transportation required Construction experience helpful but not required Military veterans and transitioning service members encouraged to apply Compensation & Benefits Entry-level candidates: approximately $20-$25/hour Experienced candidates: $30+/hour depending on experience and skillset Benefits eligible position Opportunity for long-term growth within a growing design-build company This is a full time position.
