Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.
Work You'll Do
  • Help our clients make infrastructure decisions and manage real property projects
  • Increase accountability, transparency, and supportability throughout the asset management lifecycle
  • Build suitable structures, systems, and controls so that our clients can deliver capital projects and manage real property portfolios with confidence
  • Assist with organizations plan, manage and control project cost and schedule through construction auditing, schedule analysis and litigation support
  • Deploy construction analytics to help our clients harness data to create insights in digestible and actionable form
  • Contribute to new business proposals and proposal development
  • Manage own personal and professional development; seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills and experiences

Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field
• 2+ years of construction industry related experience
• 1+ year(s) of experience analyzing project cost, schedule management, or physical asset management using construction industry techniques and software applications
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities within in a hybrid work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week
• Ability to travel up to 40% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred
  • Previous Professional Services Firm or Big 4 experience
  • Currently certified as a EIT, PE, AIA, PMP, PSP, CCM and/or related industry certifications
  • MBA or Masters in a relevant field
  • Experience/Familiarity with P6 and/or Microsoft Project scheduling software, data analysis and visualization tools, etc.
