Recruiting and Sales Support Analyst

Location: Marlborough, MA
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site


Position Summary

Resourcesoft, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting and Sales Support Analyst to support the daily operations of our recruiting and sales teams. This position will coordinate recruiting activities, maintain accurate system records, support vendor administration, prepare operational reports, and assist with business documentation and special projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain job, candidate, client, and vendor information in internal systems.
  • Monitor open positions and communicate urgent requirements and deadlines to recruiting teams.
  • Review candidate submissions for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain current candidate status information.
  • Reconcile active job postings and remove closed or expired positions.
  • Assist with vendor communications, agreements, and electronic-signature workflows.
  • Prepare recruiting and sales activity reports, trackers, and follow-up lists.
  • Research, organize, and compile information for client-facing documents and business initiatives.
  • Perform additional recruiting, sales-support, and administrative projects as assigned.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • One to two years of experience in recruiting support, sales support, business administration, or a related role.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, Vendor Management System, CRM, or similar business platform.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong research, analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to handle confidential business, candidate, and client information professionally.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Marlborough, Massachusetts.
