Shift Lead
Sparkle Express Carwash is looking to add to our management team! As an entry-level manager, you’ll have the opportunity to show us your potential and learn new personal and professional skills for career advancement that can’t be matched. The vast majority of our current management team began their careers in entry-level positions because we believe in training, promotion, and advancement of our people.

A Day In The Life:
  • Utilizes highly energetic and proactive measures to lead fellow team members in daily tasks, duties, and problem-solving solutions to achieve goals
  • Be a Rocket Carwash expert; consistently serving as a role model to teammates by achieving goals and maintaining our customers as the primary focus.
  • In collaboration with leadership, work alongside the team to provide daily guidance, motivation, and training to guarantee a world-class carwash experience.
  • Represent the brand with the utmost integrity
  • Establish supportive and productive relationships with team members
  • Maintain awareness and compliance with all safety regulations and policies
  • Seeks out feedback and proactively engages in opportunities for career development
  • Relay customer inquiries and issues to management while assisting in quick and timely resolutions
  • Lead all aspects of the carwash when placed as the primary manager on duty
  • Supervise and execute opening and closing procedures
  • Oversee cash and security management
  • Regularly review and provide feedback on processes and procedures
  • Adhere to the Rocket dress code and attendance policy
  • May be asked to perform basic to intermediate level maintenance tasks
  • Perform all other duties requested by your direct report

Compensation
  • This position is Full-Time, starting at $17.00 per hour based on experience + competitive sales-based earnings amp; performance-driven bonus structure!
