We are seeking Data Coordinator to join IQVIA Laboratories, fully remote anywhere in USA

Job Summary:
Provide operational and administrative support to the Project Manager and study team by performing routine tasks across the full study lifecycle. Ensure all activities are executed in compliance with standard operating procedures, policies, and best practices to support efficient project delivery.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support study setup activities including attending meetings, preparing minutes and action logs, and developing protocol-specific laboratory instruction documents
  • Assist with study startup, maintenance, and closeout activities such as site loading, investigator portal access, and kit shipment coordination
  • Monitor day-to-day study performance and support centralized laboratory monitoring under Project Manager supervision
  • Track study metrics using reports and tools to identify trends and provide performance insights to internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate communication with stakeholders and provide customer-facing support when the Project Manager is unavailable
  • Support resolution of study-related queries, protocol questions, and escalations in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Participate in meetings, audits, inspections, and training initiatives, including supporting site and customer training activities as required
What We Are Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred
  • 1+ years relevant experience (Clinical, Medical or Healthcare industry preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Experience using study tracking tools, monitoring systems, or project status reporting platforms
  • Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
