We're hiring!
Two's Company is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to ensure that Two's Company products are compliant with all applicable consumer product safety regulations and industry standards.
The Product Compliance Coordinator partners with internal and external teams to support product compliance throughout the product lifecycle. This is a 10-month to 1-year role reporting to the Product Testing & Compliance Manager.
This is a hybrid position; candidates must be able to commute to Elmsford, NY.

What You'll Do
โ€ข As the Product Compliance Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet all Federal and State safety requirements
โ€ข Partner with cross-functional teams, including product development, inventory management, and quality assurance, to ensure compliance standards are met throughout the product lifecycle
โ€ข Communicate with external third-party testing labs to conduct product testing ensuring all products meet Federal and State regulations
โ€ข Perform XRF Analyzer scans of pre-production samples and communicate results
โ€ข Manage and update compliance records in Netsuite/ CPSC Product Registry and report on product testing status, timeline and results to internal teams
โ€ข Maintain regulatory compliance records and ensure that records are properly kept, traceable and meet appropriate testing and submission processes
โ€ข Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide compliance updates
โ€ข Handle compliance documentation requests
โ€ข Participate in tasks and assignments related to product compliance as needed
Requirements
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a Related Field
โ€ข 1-2 years of experience in product compliance within the home goods, textiles, cosmetics, food contact materials, and toys/baby industries preferably in wholesale or retail
โ€ข Entry level understanding of Federal and State product compliance regulations/standards, including CPSIA, FD&C Act, MoCRA, ASTM, and Prop 65
โ€ข Experience working with domestic and international third-party testing labs
โ€ข Analytical, detail oriented, self-starter with excellent project management and follow-up skills
โ€ข Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
โ€ข Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information in a concise manner
โ€ข Embraces a fast-paced working environment with a high sense of urgency
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to make good decisions and exercises sound judgement
โ€ข Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel
โ€ข Experience working with NetSuite and File Maker a plus
