As an Entry Level Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting project managers and teams by ensuring projects run smoothly, on schedule, and within scope.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects according to deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports to ensure transparency and progress tracking.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and capturing meeting minutes.
  • Monitor project status and escalate issues and risks to management as needed.

Qualifications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
