TruBlue of Cuyahoga Valley is hiring an Entry-Level Home Service & Renovation Technician to support our growing renovation work-especially kitchens, bathrooms, and basements. If you're dependable, coachable, and take pride in clean, professional job sites, we'll train you to build real skills and grow a career in the trades.
This is hands-on work with a strong team, clear systems, and steady projects.

What You'll Do
You'll assist with and complete tasks that support kitchen, bath, and basement renovation projects, including:
  • Demolition and jobsite protection (plasticing, floor protection, dust control)
  • Drywall patching, finishing, priming, and painting
  • Trim work (baseboards, casing), caulking, and punch-list details
  • Basic carpentry (blocking, minor framing, repairs)
  • Flooring installation/repair (LVP, transitions, subfloor fixes)
  • Light plumbing and electrical tasks within your skill level (training provided; licensed partners when needed)
  • Installing fixtures and finishes (hardware, shelving, mirrors, accessories)
  • Keeping job sites clean, safe, organized, and homeowner-friendly

You'll also:
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners
  • Follow TruBlue systems and checklists to ensure quality
  • Document progress with photos and notes using a smartphone app (training provided)
