Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More of Avon is a retail concept in custom designed apparel for anyone and everyone. Here at Big Frog, we are part of the community, working with individuals and all kinds of groups including businesses, schools, clubs, and others to create custom, personalized t-shirts (and polos, sweatshirts, tote bags, hats and more!)

We are always looking for talented, self-motivated individuals to join our team. If you think you are ready to be a part of a fun and exciting team, then we encourage you to continue with this application-friendly, online job application!

Big Frog is an Equal Opportunity Employer that recruits and hires qualified candidates without regard to race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, disability or veteran status.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for people who have a customer focus - our staff work hard to make sure that all our customers are happy, whether they want one shirt or 5000 shirts. This position will be primarily focused on production of custom decorated apparel using Direct to Garment printing, Heat Transfers, Direct To Film printing, Dye Sublimation, and other print processes. Training is available, but the candidate must demonstrate an eagerness and ability to learn. The candidate does not have to have experience with graphic design software (CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) but must have a basic understanding of computers and software and be willing to embrace graphic design software programs with which you might not be currently familiar. The candidate will be working with many different designs and decoration types and will need to have good organizational skills.

Hours are 10-6 Monday - Friday.  Occasional Saturday 10-2

Must have reliable transportation.

Our store is small, and all of us work together. You will be expected to:

  • Integrate designs into Big Frog templates and utilize our state-of-the-art printing processes to produce decorated apparel.
  • Proof projects and work with designers to correct errors before they happen. Quality and accuracy are critical to excellent customer service.
  • Manage and monitor daily retail operations per system procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and neat retail environment.
  • Perform printer and other equipment maintenance.
  • Manage customer correspondence such as phone, email and in-store interaction.
  • Organize incoming inventory, which includes unpacking boxes, counting inventory to ensure all items ordered have arrived, checking packing slips, folding and stocking shelves (you must be able to life 40 pounds).
  • Complete other activities as needed.

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Is well organized and likes to stay busy.
  • Understands how to prioritize work and multi-task.
  • Has some experience and knowledge of vector artwork and supporting software.
  • Is available to work some Saturdays and some holidays (we are closed major holidays).
  • Has good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Being a part of a team that helps each other succeed.

Big Frog is a FUN, casual place to work, but we take our commitment to creating excellent customer service seriously. If you think you would be a good fit with Big Frog, please continue with this online application!
